Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Skarb, a web app for tracking personal finances provided by [operator name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Skarb you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Skarb is

Skarb is a tool where you keep your own record of income, expenses, accounts, budgets and goals. Skarb is not a bank or a payment institution, does not hold or move money, and does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Exchange rates come from the official data of the National Bank of Ukraine and are for reference only. All amounts, totals and forecasts in Skarb are estimates that depend on the data you entered.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Skarb.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe and for the data you enter.
• An account is for the personal use of one person.

3. Basic and Premium plans

Skarb is free to use. The Basic plan includes the whole app with the standard categories. The Premium plan is still in development and adds more features; the current list is shown in the app and may change.

Premium can be tried once, free of charge, for 30 days. No payment card is needed. When the trial ends, the account returns to Basic: your data stays, but Premium features become unavailable.

We may change what each plan includes, its limits and the terms of the trial.

4. Acceptable use

When using Skarb you agree not to:

• break the law or use the service for unlawful activity;
• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• interfere with the service, overload it with automated requests or bypass its limits;
• copy, resell or offer the service to others under your own name.

5. Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it only as far as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time in Settings.

6. Service provided "as is"

Skarb is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data will not be lost, or that calculations will be accurate. We recommend exporting your data from time to time. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service or any of its features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, loss of data, lost profits, or for decisions you make based on data in Skarb.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Skarb and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may restrict or close access to an account that breaks these terms, or where the law requires it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date shown at the top. By continuing to use Skarb after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
